Also in 2015 the Parodi Foundation, through the Parodi Association – a non-profit organization - will actively participate and sponsor the social initiative "Scaletto senza scalini", beaches without barriers ... This pioneering project, organized and directed at a national level by the L'Altromare social co-operative, was born in 2010 in one of the most popular public beaches of Savona, the "Scaletto" (a place where fishermen in Savona have been parking their boats, preparing their nets and unloading their catch for more than two hundred years). Also this summer, it will allow people with physical disabilities to reach the sea with a pick-up service and swim in safe conditions.
